GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

This website belongs to Shop in calm, SL (hereinafter Shop in calm), with CIF B67687038, registered office at Calle Penya Bisbalenca, 22B in La Bisbal d'Empordà (CP 17100), telephone 613 03 14 85, email info@attura.es and website www.attura.es.

All transactions carried out between Shop in calm and the Clients are governed by the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Shop in calm provides information about its products with images and texts through this website. It does so in the most realistic way possible, with the utmost diligence and precision. However, and for greater security and guarantees, the information contained in the description of the products does not bind Shop in calm or the Customer until confirmation of acceptance of the order. In case of doubt, you can contact Shop in calm before purchasing. All products available on the website are in stock, unless otherwise indicated.

The price of each product details the applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be charged separately, except for purchases over €50.00 (shipments to the peninsula), which will be free for the Customer. Before ordering payment, the Customer is shown the details of these amounts for consultation.

The order is deemed to have been placed when the Customer presses the "PLACE ORDER" button on the purchase form. Shop in calm will not proceed to send the products until it has verified that all the data entered is correct and has received confirmation of payment from the Customer.

PAY

Payment for orders will be made by credit/debit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

To pay by credit/debit card, Shop in calm offers access to a secure space, through the payment gateway of the Client's bank, where they can enter their details to make the payment in complete security.

To pay with Paypal, the Customer is redirected to the page where they can pay for their order using their Paypal account or with a credit/debit card without having to register.

If the payment option via bank transfer is chosen, Shop in calm will send an email with the instructions for making the payment, reminding that the concept to indicate is the order number provided at the time of completing the purchase process. If necessary, Shop in calm will require the Client to send proof of payment to understand how the order was made. The transfer will be made within a maximum of 2 business days from receipt of the email sent by Shop in calm. Once the payment has been made and the receipt of the amount in our current account has been verified, the order will begin to be processed. If the amount has not been received in the current account of Shop in calm within a period of 5 calendar days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Bank details entered on the website are not stored.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is possible to Spain (mainland), the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, any country in the European Union and some international countries.

Shipping prices are:
- Peninsula: €4.90. Free shipping on orders over €50.00.
- Balearic Islands: €9.90. Free shipping on orders over €200.00
- European Union and International Countries: Shipments outside Spain (European Union and International countries) will have an export cost that will be indicated directly in the shopping cart. In the case of tariffs or fees, they will always be borne by the Customer, and it is not possible to inform the amount at the time of purchase.

Transport and delivery will be carried out by the transport company GLS and its agents.

The delivery time to the peninsula for products in stock is 48-72 hours, depending on the delivery address. In the event that the product selected by the Customer is not in stock, the delivery time will be approximately 7 working days from confirmation of purchase. The delivery time begins on the same day of confirmation of the order if it has been made before 1:00 p.m. If the purchase is made after 1:00 p.m., the delivery time will begin on the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or working day.

For all other destinations, this will be confirmed later in the order, depending on the delivery address. Shop in calm will notify the Customer of any delays in delivery that may occur accidentally on the part of Shop in calm.

Delivery is considered to have taken place from the moment the product is delivered to the Customer at the shipping address.

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the GLS carrier will leave the order at a Parcel shop near the address and send the customer an email to notify them of collection instructions. If the customer does not collect the order from the Parcel shop within the estimated time, the order will be returned to our warehouse. The customer may request the order to be shipped again, but will have to pay the return and new shipping charges.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase (leaving it without effect) within the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. The Customer may choose to pay the full amount of the purchase or purchase a voucher for future purchases, with no expiration date. The refund of the full amount of the purchase will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal will only be accepted if the product sent is in perfect condition and with the original packaging. The refund for the return of the product will be made through the same means used to make the payment, within 30 days. The transport costs will not be refunded to the Customer and the costs generated by the return will be borne by the Customer.

In the event of a return due to a defect or error related to Shop in calm, the Customer may request a product exchange. In this case, the costs arising from the exchange will be borne by Shop in calm. This will only apply when the product has not been used and is returned in the same condition and packaging as the Customer received it.

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the product or products purchased are in good condition and, if applicable, to inform Shop in calm of any incidents that may be noted. Shop in calm will propose a solution in the Customer's best interest.

All cosmetics found in our web shop are selected and tested by professionals from top quality manufacturers.

DATA PROTECTION

The data provided will be processed by Shop in calm, SL, as Data Controller, in order to keep a record of the people with whom there is a relationship given that they receive our products. The data will be processed in compliance with the contractual relationship (art. 6.1.b RGPD) and legal obligation (art. 6.1.c RGPD). The data may be communicated to the Tax Administration. At any time, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to processing, request for limitation of processing and data portability may be exercised by contacting Shop in calm, SL (Calle Penya Bisbalenca, 22B, La Bisbal d'Empordà – 17100, info@shopincalm.com).
